Our Story
Codae was born from our founders’ passion for fashion and frustration with the limited availability of unique clothing in Canada. After discovering emerging fashion brands across Asia, living in Japan and being exposed to a variety of aesthetics and shops, and experiencing firsthand how difficult they were to access in North America, they saw an opportunity to bridge that gap.
Inspired by the creativity and individuality found in Asian fashion, Codae was created to make these hard-to-access styles more accessible through a curated and seamless shopping experience. We did the frustrating part — the international shipping, the surprise customs fees, the sizing guesswork — so you never have to.
