What is Codae?

Codae is a Canadian online fashion marketplace that curates pieces from popular Asian fashion brands and makes them accessible to shoppers across Canada — without the headaches of international shipping, customs fees, or confusing sizing.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. All orders are shipped domestically, which means no surprise duties or customs charges at your door.

Are there duties or customs fees?

No. That's one of the biggest reasons we exist. Because we handle importing and hold inventory in Canada, all purchases ship domestically. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees, ever.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days across Canada. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How do I know what size to order?

Asian sizing can run differently than North American sizing. We've built a detailed Size Guide to help — you can find it in the navigation menu. Each product page also includes specific sizing notes where available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime through your account or our order status page.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

We're so sorry. Please email us at info@codae.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. if eligible, we'll initiate the refund or exchange procedure.
